Anyone had any updates with solid dates, I'm at my wits end with o2 support they all give different answers.I honestly believe we have approx 2 weeks to get these before we see a total none essential logistical shut down
Hi, just had ANOTHER call from o2 advising I may have to wait up and till the 31st May for my Ultra what a joke.Vodafone advising 1 week for NEW orders
O2 today confirmed affected customers will be offered compensation but only on receival of handset, so likely never at this rate!Back office order team confirmed no new deliveries for 2 weeks at least

Anybody affected by the delay had an update yet? I'm currently fighting with o2 for an update but they are now saying 6 weeks, it was 4 weeks yesterday!!!!!
