I haven't logged into MyO2 for a while, and wanted to check the billing history. MyO2 recognises me, but says I have no products or services. I am near the end of paying for a phone (monthly), and pay monthly for my O2 account. Where have my records ...
I have a £10 PAYG voucher. The person I bought it for no longer needs it. Can I use it towards my device plan, or monthly contract? In other words, can I redeem it into my account?
