i have just tried to get the adult content block removed by contacting
customer services via live chat but they said they cannot remove it. How
can I get it removed I do not have a credit card.
i have called customer services today and they would not remove it, it
looks like i will have to use giffgaff instead as they accept a driving
licence when removing it online.
