Looking for help, I’ve bought my son a gps watch and it came with an o2 SIM, I’ve charged the watch and topped up the account but can’t seem to find out how to activate the new SIM?
It’s been over 24 hours and my new replacement sim is still not activated? Is there something else I need to do other than keep turning my phone off and in like I was advised in store?! 
