Ok so just got back from holiday and data calls is from going over my allowance thanks for your prompt response I know where to go if I have any other problems

EDIT** I only have the mobile phone and SIM with o2, but if what your saying about £7 per mb then that could be part of the issue as I did go over my 3gb allowance but would that show as "data calls" and not just "data" as I use more than my 3gb most...

I haven't canceled my contract or anything like that, and haven been aboard untill 3 days ago but haven used any date or calls or even texts. I'll give that 8002 number a call see if I can get any more information from there
