When on mobile data. I cannot send or receive images/video on WhatsApp. I using iPhone 13. Everything works fine wifi. It's only when using mobile data.Already tried resetting network etc. No response from o2 customer either.Any suggestions????

Hi I want to disable the hotspot setting. I know we can switch it on or off. but I want to disable it permanently so that no one can turn it back on.Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Found the issue. I had 18+ content turned off on this number and this blocks mobile data services on many apps including apps like Whatsapp, Spotify, Findmy (iPhone), etc. Switching it off and everything works normally. Though this is very silly. it ...

Whats app has permission to use mobile data and it not only WhatsApp but other apps as well, Like Spotify, etc. Again, Spotify has permission to use data but won't play or search any song on mobile data.

Thanks. it been couple of days already but lets see what happen till next week probably. i was giving the benefit of doubt as didn't received new sim yet. probably thats why.
