I arrived in Spain yesterday from the UK and I can't make,receive calls
and also no internet on my Samsung S9. I was told that I can you my
phone in Europe like I do at home. Please advice me on what to do.

I can now receive and make calls. I had to call customer service and
they unblocked the account so I can make, receive and go on the internet
as normal in Spain. Thanks
