Thanks guys. Tried the reset approach but no change unfortunately. Certainly looks like it's set up on my O2, as it shows the airtime plan under "sync-1" but will check with O2 directly tomorrow and make sure they've set it up properly

Hey @Marjo & @MI5 - just to update you, unfortunately that didn't work. Apparently as my number has been on the account the longest it is seen as the lead number regardless and as such it is not eligible for family plan, regardless of upgrading. 
