o2 is throttling youtube, videos are buffering all the time but when i
use a VPN they play with no buffering. how do i make o2 stop throttling,
this violates net neutrality. o2 has been caught throttling youtube and
netflix in the past.
i have bought a new phone from argos and they gave me a sim card to use
with it.the sim card has the 10 pound big bundle on it but i want to use
a bigger bundle.is it possible to change the bundle before activating

i am watching the videos using chrome on a windows 10 laptop. i am
trying to watch the videos in 720p, the videos buffer without a vpn but
they work when i use a vpn. that is why i think it is been throttled
it is a double data promotion the £10 bundle. the promotion is also on
