Just a quick update, I got in touch with O2 on Friday the 27/7, they
sent a jiffy bag out to me which arrived next day on the 28th. Straight
into the bag and posted off, I'm still waiting for my refund but I've
tracked the parcel and it was received ...

I sent the private message to Chris_K and haven't had a reply yet, I've
given him/her a couple of days now. I think even if I had it wouldn't be
what I wanted to hear anyway as if O2 had updates available they would
be downloadable through the mobile...
