I have received my bill today stating that a payment will be made in 15 days, however when I took out my contract I paid for a month in advance so I shouldn't be paying for the last month .

My contract ends on the 1st of may and I do not wish to continue with the contract . But I cant seem to speak to any one at o2 !

Ok so if I do that closer to the time should I then just ask for a PACcode ?Also I read online that I have to give 30 days notice when I want to cancel.

Well seeing as it ends on the 1st of may , I was planning on waiting a little closer to the day and then maybe getting a sim only 1 month contract.

I also want to make sure I'm not being billed for the month of april as I paid a month in advance when i took out the contract.
