I have £9.95 and need only 5p credit to buy next month's bundle. Can't get thru to O2 live chat, just need a 5 pence top up 

I just joined PAYG. Ported NY new number. Can't seen to join rewards. Can't call as 25p and I am on big bundle and don't want to have to excess top up. Very poor experience so far am thinking of going back to giff gaff
