Hi Marjo. During yet another live chat session, i was asked to switch my
iphone to manual selection of network, and it worked. I had tried that
the previous day with no success. I remain unhappy with O2 treatment of
me.
I have already spent hours and hours on live chats and have no
confidence that another will help me. I am on holiday but when back home
will try again.
I have had the same experience over the past few days. Having initially
been told that I would not be cut off i subsequently was. I tried live
