Device Plan showing as a minus number

Hi. The device plan on my phone was settled a few months ago, but it's showing on my account as -£105 and the text messages I'm receiving also say this. What does this mean? Can someone help? Thanks.

That's what I was wondering - does that mean that I can ask O2 for that money do you know?
