there is an issue currently with o2 and the iphone/watch contracts, mine
hasnt worked for over a week now along with my phone!! ring them they
will add you to list of customers to sort?
Sorry for the late reply! o2 are aware of the problems & they have said
there is no time frame for a fix and have now said i can return the
phone and watch and they will cancel the contract!
ring them again they are aware of an issue, i have the same issue and
now been told it may take a while to fix the issue, not very helpful but
at least they admit there is an issue! the problem is with accounts with
new iphones and/or watch contracts...
