so after a pretty intense 72hours the O2 app finally gets fixed and I then pay my airtime and device... but the they go ahead and take out a further 30.00 x2 which comes up on my bank statement as pay as you go, even tho I'm on pay monthly so they to...
so at the time of writing this iv paid my device bill which was paid on the 28th it's now the 30th and for the past 48hours iv been trying continuously to pay the airtime even at random times of day after getting the message "try again later" iv sinc...
