My direct debit for my phone bill hasn’t been taken out,26th of September was the day it was due to be taken but due to it being a weekend it should have been taken out the next working day which is Monday, does anyone know why this has happened?
I’ve just paid my monthly bill for the first time via online banking and there’s two options of who you can pay,02 uk of telifonica ltd,.does anyone know which one it is as I may have paid the wrong one
