I'd attempted deleting the Messenger app itself before, but hadn't considered disabling the Facebook app as well (since it cannot be uninstalled on my device  ).From the looks of it, that did the trick.

I'm encountering a similar issue on my S20+ (only tested over WiFi Calling so far). I've also not made it through a single call without it cutting out at some point, which necessitates a call back.

WiFi and 4G Calling is not available on O2 devices bought through Carphone Warehouse. There are slight firmware differences between devices sold by CW and O2 and one of these differences is the ability to use WiFi and 4G Calling. This is not an error...
