Just got a text message to say 02 has turned off 4G calls on my account. What does this mean & why has it happened?Thank you

I googled the issue & apparently a lot of people got the same message. You need to do a hard reboot and then check mobile data settings were on & connected to 4G after the reboot.Thank you for your replies
