Has anyone attempted to contact O2 using Chat, today (Tuesday 21/8).

It's a switch on after being off for a while - so technically, yes. No

Thanks everyone - no difference. The window opens with the usual blue
bar across the top, otherwise the normal white. No message box, or
welcome offered.I'll keep at it - perhaps they know I want to moan
