I AM NOT PHONE SAVVY AT ALL IN FACT, I DO NOT HAVE, NOR WANT, A SMART PHONE. MY QUESTION IS, IS THERE SOME SPECIAL REQUIREMENT WHEN BUYING A PHONE ON AMAZON OR EBAY? LOCKED/NOT LOCKED? SIM/NO SIM? PLEASE FORGIVE MY IGNORANCE.
I cannot call them, because my service is completely out. The service has been intermittent for a week now. I am disabled, and need my phone. I have notified them by phone yesterday, but no feedback. How can i email them?
