Assuming that there is a number on the bill that you do not want someone
to see, there is a setting in the My O2 app which displays calls using
the name in your contacts, and not the number dialled. So if you were to
store this number in your contact...
I suspect that the voice calls which show your own number are calls that
you received whilst you were abroad. Are you able to check call logs on
your handset and see if the date/time of received calls matches the
date/time of charges on your bill?

For what it's worth, I think people get too hung up on download speeds,
for me it's more about experience; am I able to do what I want to do,
