I was a member of O2 for years and eventually left because they didn’t do WiFi texting. When they eventually, brought it in, I came back. However, since then I cannot receive calls from any Three Network phone (my wife’s, mother etc), I can call them...

It is becoming essential to use banking apps to get text messages but O2 doesn’t seem to have any plans to introduce this service. I have been with O2 for years and moved because of WiFi calling. Any reason not to swap networks?

When will O2 introduce text messaging as part of the WiFi calling service? This is increasingly important as banks have introduced text messaging into their security protocol and at least near me the O2 signal is so poor I can’t receive them.
