Got my sim pack and followed the instructions. Went onto the my account page and was sent a code to phone to verify who I was. Went to put new sim serial number in and this failed. Was advised to call O2. Whilst doing this I was cut off as my mobile ...
Mother in law is in a monthly contract that has ended and has just been running. Is it possible for her to end the contract and move onto my family contract and keep the same number and i can then claim a discount for her ?
