@Toby It wasn't meant as a dig at you, no offense meant. It was aimed
directly as O2 as a whole...I have been a customer for about 8-9 years
and those, happy years, were almost washed away by this total lack of
forthcoming info - just so frustrating ...

@Gsdworld21 makes sense to me as reported replacements have been old for
new on the doorstep..... might be wrong but at least this way keeps you
