Been due an upgrade for about a year and been calling since sept for
one, been promised call back after call back many times since and STILL
not got one, just want to leave now. Has anyone bitten the bullet and
left o2 after almost 20 years???
Can’t seem to edit this but these promised call backs have been after
agreeing a certain deal, they seemed so excited to close the deal and so
promised to call me back to close it many times, just feel like going
elsewhere but don’t know who to
