I no longer receive a notification when I have a voicemailI found the call alert replacement annoying so I switched it off in the hope I would get voicemail notifications instead but now I have neither. I’ve tried 1760 & 1710

Has anyone got any idea how to get this? New phone came with a flyer that said it would be available in Xperia lounge but it isn't. Contacted Disney, Sony and o2. First two didn't know, o2 sent me to a link that expired in January. This always happen...
