Hi all Can an O2 number be transferred from an old PAYG phone to a new O2 PAYG phone?Mr has an OLD phone with full size sim, and I'd like to buy him a new phone, but they all seem to be nano sims. So.... Q as above Cheers!

It's something to do with the phone. His sim and my sim both show no service on it. I've tried a few of the easy fixes - turning phone off and on, toggling airplane mode on and off, and trying to get onto the o2 network in settings.
