I upgraded my contract phone and put my old sim I to my new phone.

I have had the old sim in my new phone and it still says emergency calls only but I get a network when I put it back in the old phone e. I cant getthroughtocustomer services. What shall I do? Thanks

Hi my husband works one a and e and has to be on call.. we need this phone on urgently and cant get through to customer services

Hi I've done all these things .. the sim only fits in one tray and falls throughthe other. Tha ks for your help.

I put my sim from the Sony into my new upgrade phone and left it in for 48 hours

My old phone was a Sony xperia and the new phone is a Huawei pro 30.
