Hi, have tried to order a sim, it has been 2 days now and I’m still waiting credit check

I upgraded my phone on Monday, it was received in the DHL depo on Tuesday, yet the delivery is delayed and when I asked why it wasn’t being delivered, DHL told me to contact o2. I’m not sure where or how to contact o2 or what to even tell them as DHL...
