I’m on a rolling plan and I got a voucher to top up my phone, it said it was successful but I’ve not got my internet texts or calls back

Phone says "incoming call" when I make an outgoing call

Switched over to O2 a few months ago, to a rolling plan. Number ported from Three.When I make a call, it now starts with an automated voice that says "incoming call", which makes no sense.What's going on with this? Can I make it stop?Thanks!
