Ordered the iPhone XS Max 512Gb Space Grey @1am 19th September. I’ve got a tracking number with UK Mail. I’m guessing their is a lot of stock or they are not selling as well when I got my previous iPhone 😩

Ordered mine at 2pm on the 14th, still waiting for a tracking email.

From experience in previous years with O2  tracking numbers normally appear in batches, model by model.  They do all one model, then all of another and so on.

If you have the My DPD app, check that - my order’s appeared there, and I’ve not got a dispatch email.

I hope everyone gets what they ordered tomorrow. I’ve had no other contact email or text I’ve only noticed the tracking number on my O2 order. I guess until I get the email and or the text it’s not guaranteed delivery.

Does anyone know if we have done click and collect when we get our 4 digit pin to take into store so they can releace the handset, my handset was delivered to the store this morning around 10am this morning (store is open till 8pm this eve) just getting impatiant now

How can you track on the DPD app with no tracking number

has anyone received a text containing a code from o2. That could be an indication of an impending delivery

If you are already registered with DPD address, email and mobile number you used on your order it will automatically load into your DPD app.
