Just had notification that I’ve run out of data (usually indicates your tariff is changing) and an email asking to send my old phone back. So I checked the order tracker and can see my order is completed and I have a tracking number for DHL. 

Ordered a 1TB iPhone PM in NT on launch day after 16:30-16:45 over the phone. 

Hopefully mine comes tomorrow!

How soon do you get your device, after getting the message saying it’s out for delivery to home or for pick up?

im guessing as Saturday is my last day of the 3 weeks, that my best bet is movement on Thursday

Don’t yet your hopes up, O2 tend to lie about these things. I ordered a white Pro Max on the 13th and my delivery time dropped to 2-3 days last Wednesday and still no movement. 
Have since seen people who ordered on the 14 and 15th say their devices are shipping so 02 are not using any queuing system. 
You’d think after this many years they’d learn. The stock issues and preordering waits I understand, the lies I do not.

I was late to the party and didn’t order until 24th September… estimate was “More than 4 weeks”. 

just woke up today to tariff change, DPD tracking link, and order complete… wtf?? 😮 Maybe O2 just got a huge shipment of handsets in?

True. I’ve seen some ordered after me and had them too.

maybe some areas get stock before others? 
Maybe more common colours come back into stock sooner? I chose the natural titanium and 256.

The lies are frustrating and not having any info at all from them since ordering on the 14th. Like they have took my money and left me in the dark.

If I had waited one more week after launch, I could’ve purchased from GiffGaff and they was next day delivery aswell… also cheaper monthly tariff… I was gutted…. I know what I’m doing next time I upgrade lol

I also can’t get into the My O2 app to check status updates… totally left blinded and not a clue what’s going on.
