Is yours going to a store? I'm not sure if DHL count Saturday as a working day but it might be different to O2 store. On the upside at least you know it was collected and will be with you soon.

Per experience with Cash Generator, DHL do not count weekends - although this might be another branch of theirs delivering O2 commerce...

Yup same here it’s away back to o2 they’ll cancel my order and I’ve to reorder and wait 4 weeks. They can do one. Absolute joke messing me around false promises it would be coming today and it’s all sorted and the superior has made sure they’ll be keep an eye on it blah blah lies. Completely ruined the excitement for me.

So cancel option from my order has disappeared followed by a message saying part of my order has been sent 

so atleast there is some movement!
