Had updating system message all morning still no movement. Maybe today will be the lucky day. Original email and text received said would be a delay of up to a week.

The orders this week are 20th delivery date but delayed! Anyone with up to 3 weeks or + 4 weeks will be less likely

Mine is still showing as 20/09 delivery so hoping I hear something this week, but i guess that will be device dependent.

 

i ordered a iPhone 16PM Black Titanium 512GB

 

surprised that all the Pro’s are fully stocked

Good to see orders been dispatched and getting into peoples hands.. 

From memory, Black and white are also always more popular,  but I think this year as well the Desert Titanium colour has been very popular (or Gold in o2 vernacular)..

Well, I done it. I just cancelled. Got fed up with O2.

I saw Argos had some stock going in and out this morning so I just bought one out right.

Well done you. So you just need a sim only contract.

Try this via USwitch. They service all the main networks and are usually half the price.

Choose the deal you want

This will automatically redirect you to the O2 website

Just follow the prompts and choose the UPGRADE option

Complete the deal and nothing on your account changes except the tariff at the new cheaper cost

Payment date is the same and your next bill will be at the cheaper rate and will be made up of the pro rata cost of your old tariff and your new tariff

The change should show in My O2 within 24 hours

Volt benefits will still apply as will possibly a 3 month extra such as Disney+

Finally got my 16 pm desert titanium today! Still does not make up for the horrendous customer service experience though but happy it has come to an end! Good luck everyone, I hope you all get your phones soon!
