Ordered iphone 15 Pro max 512gb Blue last Wednesday afternoon at upto 2 weeks... got notified around 4pm that it's been despatched

I ordered the 15 pro max 256 in natural on the 17th at 5pm. At the time of order it gave an up to 3 week delivery time. I’m almost at 4 weeks and nothing. Not even a peep from O2. I have been a customer since 2004. Seriously considering cancelling, buying the phone directly from apple, and moving the whole family and all four of our pay monthly contracts over to another provider. To have zero updates or communication from O2 is unforgivable.

It's fair enough to think of leaving O2, but please bear in mind that the Customer Service of the other mobile network operators can be variable. In addition, one of the other MNOs seem to be in an even worse state than O2 when it comes to fulfilling orders for the iPhone.
I agree that buying handsets from the manufacturers is often a good move.

Spoke to a “customer service agent” and have just cancelled my order after waiting for 25 days. The person could not provide me with any update or idea as to when I might receive my phone. Subsequently ordered from apple and picking up my phone tomorrow from the store.

Does anyone know if stores are allocated stock differently or something? Pre ordered a 15PM 512gb Blue in store to use switch up, store still saying 10th November when online it's down to 2-3 days!

Would definitely appear that online orders are favoured. There lies the pain of switch up, being at the mercy of the store stock levels. Is what it is I suppose.

Really unsure what to do, I've been without a phone for three weeks. I was promised my 15 Pro Max for a delivery of three weeks, still no update. I ordered on September 18th, is anyone still waiting for their orders before the 18th?
