@Dave-O2its not order specific it’s an issue affecting a lot of customers and no it hasn’t rectified itself since my dispatch emails. Take a look on X (Twitter) if you have it by searching @o2 you’ll see many others complaining about it. I was told over the phone it would be back up and running before 4pm today and it isn’t yet

You will just have to wait for the techs at o2 to fix it, and to be honest not a lot anyone can do to speed them up... especially if it is waiting on devs to fix it...
Sorry but this is all anyone can tell you...

@madasaf1sh considering it’s been down since this time yesterday it’s not very good, all of twitter is full of complaints about it with not one response, I was told on the phone earlier it would be fixed by 4pm and it still isn’t

@Raj909 the tracking number won’t work yet, if it starts with 1550 download the DPD app and register with your details and this should send all the notifications you need

@Dave-O2you say that plus plans are available for upgrades, but the upgrade page does not show this? The link you provided is for new contracts only.
For example, the only upgrade offerings (excluding custom plans) for the 15 pro max are;
Neither of those are designated 'Plus plans' like they are on the new line page here;
Can you please clarify this as I imagine its going to cause mass confusion in stores tomorrow?
