The newly announced iPad 2019 is also available to order now on Pay Monthly and Business, and you can also get the new Apple Watch Series 5 directly from O2 too.

@Jeevster I’m not sure you understand what I’m trying to say but it’s all good it wasn’t about @Jaymee getting his tracking info it was about knowing the exact status of his order as suppose to the standard “in progress” it shows in MyO2. @Jaymee as I said above “workflow in progress” is what my watch was displaying prior to being despatched, I would expect you’ll soon get the tracking info

How long after workflow did your order go to dispatched?

Just checked MyO2 and I see that my ordered iPhone 11 Pro Max space grey 64gb has a tracking number via DPD! Hopefully it will arrive tomorrow as it was ordered just after O2 opened their preorder page.

@Jaymee well being honest when 202 was telling me it was “workflow in progress” they had already provided me with the tracking number and I had received my “on its way email” but this was click and collect, my phone is showing tracking info in MyO2 but not received any email yet nor has my tariff changed so the process maybe slightly different for home delivery orders

It is worth noting none of these orders show as complete yet but they’re obviously getting them ready to be sent out allocating them tracking numbers so they’re obviously packaged just waiting to be scanned out, you’ll know when the order is complete failing you don’t receive an “on it’s way” email your tariff will change and the order will show as complete in MyO2

Just had an email telling me to get excited, my phone is in store and can be collected tomorrow. The exact wording is this:

That unboxing moment. What'll yours be like? Butterflies? Air punching?
True love? You're about to find out. Your order will be in store ready
for collection for you tomorrow. We'll hold it for 7 days. But don't
leave it any longer, otherwise we'll assume you've changed your mind and
we'll have to cancel your order.

Not sure if that means I can pop in whenever I want (as soon as the doors open obviously 😉) or if I’ve still got to wait for another email 😂

O2 dont normally send the despatched email until later into the evening, thats what has happened previous years, if I remember correctly mine came though at about 9pm last year, shortly followed by a tariff update...
