Has anyone received iPhone tracking info yet? I ordered mine at about 15 mins after release so was hoping to receive Friday, but no dispatch info or update to my order in MyO2 yet (although the order does actually appear there, which is nice!)

@charliewr I wouldn’t expect to receive this until tomorrow, what did it state above the colour and memory size when you ordered?

Does anybody know how long it takes when collecting from a store? Is it a quick 2 minute process? Hoping to collect my 11 Pro Max on Friday during my lunch break.

@BJackson So long as the store is relatively quiet (which I doubt on iPhone release day) it’s a smooth process so long as you’ve had the text to say it’s ready for collection and not just going off the tracking to says it’s been delivered,

@Benlfc That’s a good point. I’ll try waiting till late afternoon and hope it’s not so busy.

My02 now shows my phone has been despatched via UK mail, the tracking doesn’t work yet though! Not had anything official though, no emails or texts and the bit at the top of the order page still shows as processing slight_smile

Don’t forget, last year o2 added tracking numbers to a load of orders but said the courier was UK Mail. It was in fact DPD and caused all sorts of confusion!
