iPad Pro 2018 - Pre-order on 2 November

On Tuesday 30 October, Apple held a special event in which they announced new Macbook's & Mac Mini's. They also unveiled two brand new iPad's which are their best ones yet, and which mark the biggest change to iPad since, well, iPad.

The new iPad Pro's will be available to pre-order on O2 from this Friday, 2 November, on the links below.

Just contacted Customer Service.

Still no update on the 12.9 1Tb.

Enquired about swopping over to the 512Gb and was told I'd have to cancel my order for the 1Tb and go through to sales an reorder the 512Gb - meaning I go to the back of the queue and there is no guarantee that the stock they have won't be used up before they get to my "new" 512Gb order.

Couldnt make this up!

Any reasonable company would fulfill the 512Gb orders they have and in the absence of news on their order offer those waiting on the 1Tb the option of switching.

The lack of any sort of customer care is shocking.

I'll wait a few days and if there is no update just cancel completely.

Not specifically @Norwichred just confirmed the website said it was up to 2 weeks delivery - but no guarantee if I ordered it I would get it in 2 weeks.  Bizarre.

I cancelled my 12.9" 1Tb and ordered it from Apple.  Heading into the local Apple store on Saturday to pick it up.

Never again with O2.

Im going to let the contracts we have with them run down and move somewhere else - maybe EE as I fancy the Apple Watch.

Just speaking to a CS agent on the chat, apparently they can see stock in the warehouse.

"Yes, I do. It will be ready for dispatch soon.

Do not worry, the order is already processed and I have placed the request to take it to the next level."
