On Tuesday 30 October, Apple held a special event in which they announced new Macbook's & Mac Mini's. They also unveiled two brand new iPad's which are their best ones yet, and which mark the biggest change to iPad since, well, iPad.
The new iPad Pro's will be available to pre-order on O2 from this Friday, 2 November, on the links below.

Both the previous posters raise interesting points.
If I ordered an iPad Pro from apple a week ago, delivery was 22nd - 29th November.
Now it’s 7 to 10 business days for shipping.
as for O2 I ordered on the 2nd November so I should be two weeks from receiving mine which is why the “more than” caveat by O2 is insidious.
It’s too damned vague and we need clarification.

I agree, clarification around shipping dates for posisition within a waiting list would be helpful, at least we can then decide to wait or go elsewhere for service.

As transparent as possible? Are you having a laugh?
Saying its going to be 4+ weeks and "we'll let you know when it has shipped" is hardly transparent.
Surely someone in O2 has an idea of how many customers have ordered, and an idea of how many O2 have ordered from Apple - I presume the same person might also know an expected shipment date from Apple.
Simple process to inform people once they have placed an order of their expected delivery date - could probably work it out on an iPad!
I ordered an iPad 12.9 1Tb on pre-order day and have absolutely no information on when (or if) it might arrive.
Starting to get an awful flashback to when I ordered a 12.9 iPad Pro from O2 a couple or years ago. After around 12 weeks of waiting (and constantly being told it was 4+ weeks) the order was cancelled and I could reorder if I wanted.
Amazing that O2 think this is a reasonable thing to do - Can I just tell O2 i'll pay my bill at some date in the future, but not to worry because when I pay it I'll let you know?
Shocking customer service.

I’m starting to get worried now, reading that last post 😞 in the meantime my O2 credit application is sitting on my credit file and stopping me ordering one anywhere else.
hopefully O2 wont let me down.

If delivery estimates for Sky Mobile and Apple direct are starting to drop to shorter wait times you would hope that the same is happening with O2 too

If you have a new line added means a delivery is due tomorrow

Nothing in my O2 showing - but mine wasn’t an upgrade.
what are people with this showing ordering? I ordered a 256GB 12.9 inch.
