Pre-ordered on 2nd Nov — iPad Pro 2018 12.9" 256GB Space Grey. And out of the blue — an unexpected text from DHL just now... delivery due today.
Stand by folks, O2 is full of surprises.
I hope you all get notifications soon too. Just logged in to O2 portal and my plan starts today.
The downside is that the Folio keyboard and Penci are in high demand. My order from Apple is not due to ship until the end of November.

I asked that question, should it help if I changed to an alternative spec?
thats when they checked all stock levels, and advised all models and configurations where showing zero stock levels and no information of due dates.
perhaps the customer service teams information is blank on purpose and the teams invoiced with fulfilling orders handles them as stated first come first service.
we”be all spoken about how they are unaware of what configurations are in transit, simply a case of open the pallets and see what they have then work thought the lists.

Just spoke to customer services (Ref for the call: 1052163335)
AND THEY SAID ALL MODELS ARE BEING PROCESSED IN TO STOCK FROM A BIG DELIVERY AND SHOULD SEE DISPATCH IN THE NEXT 24-48HRS
I ordered the 512gb space grey 11 inch and they said thats 100% in stock, just being processed in to stock etc etc
