Anyone seeing any updates post launch date of devices shipping? Or movement on ‘processing’ on the order status?

anyone else received and device with scratches as detailed in the earlier post?

Hi @Theboynorm
Mine has no updates but because it’s a second line I’m only able to track once there’s shipment information and the SIM is added as second line, I believe only upgrades will have full access to it.
But so far, last update was Sunday and was the “sad news” email

It’s not looking good that it’s still showing as more than four weeks on the website even after release and when they presumably have more idea of stock.  Apple and Sky both have lead times shorter than that.

I wonder if we’ll have it before Christmas 😞

I placed an order for the iPad Pro 11” 64gb yesterday. The O2 website at that point was giving a home delivery timeframe of up to 2 weeks. Today I received a text stating the item is out of stock and that they will text me again as soon as they have a delivery date... There clearly is stock as I could walk into an Apple store and walk away with one! I hate how vague they are live chat just give you the generic response... Guess it’s just a waiting game.

Apple stock is different to the stock for carriers like O2.

Most models have been on backorder with O2 since minutes after the pre order was opened. On the plus side you only have a wait of 2 weeks. Most models are showing as 4+ weeks with O2 now

The one I ordered through O2 is still showing as 2 weeks delivery so fingered crossed!

The Apple stores in Leeds, Sheffield and Manchester all have stock according to their website.

I think the positive reviews and word of mouth are convincing a lot of waverers to order now that they can make a more informed decision

Vodafone have them in stock interestingly.

I’m still hopeful O2 might go quicker.
