Hi everyone,

To celebrate the relaunch of the O2 Community we will be giving away 3 Google Nexus 7 tablets to 3 lucky new members. (T&C’s) 

T&Cs: Simply register to the O2 Community between 18/02/14 and 11/03/2014 and you will be automatically entered into a prize draw to win one of the 3 tablets.

A winner will be picked each week for the next 3 weeks (the first will be on Wednesday the 26th February) and will be randomly selected from those who have registered in that week (e.g. Week 1, 2, and 3). The lucky winners will then be sent a private message with details on how to claim their prize.

This competition is open to new community members only. Members who have already a community account and register an additional account will be automatically excluded from the draw.

I'd just like to add my post earlier was obviously tongue in cheek.

As an established member I've been rewarded already by the Rewards Scheme ,and as such have not had to pay my Payg allowance for a good number of months ,and been able to field test loan phones.

Let's not allow this thread to degrade.

We've asked why this is only open to new members who have joined the community between certain dates and it's been explained.

I've asked Toby directly when I first viewed the competition. They prize is an awesome one so obviously I was concerned that it was only open to people who met the certain criteria.

It was explained.

Nothing more to ask IMO.

Have to agree. I purchased a Nexus 7 for my trip here and I'm delighted with it. A good prize for the lucky recipients!

I understand that some may feel that the competition is unfairly aimed exclusively at new members, but we thought it would be a cool way to coincide with the new community design. As I have said previously, there will be many more competitions for everyone; new and old
