Hi everyone! 

Thanks for joining the O2 Community! (Or if you haven't yet but would like to, you can register here!). I'm very happy to welcome you here. The O2 Community is a great place to get help and advice on O2 products and services, provide feedback and suggestions for the network, and have general chit chat.

My name's Martin, one of the Community Managers here on the O2 forum. I work with @lewys-gp and @RafaC who are also part of the Community team. Personally, I've been working on communities for the last 8 years and have been with O2 since February 2016! 

This thread is all about introducing yourself to the Community and we'd love to hear a bit more about you! Things like: 

• Pay monthly, Pay as you Go or Business Customer? 
• What phone you currently have? 
• Hobbies and interests? 
• Random or cool facts about you? 

If you have any suggestions, questions about anything to do with O2 or the Community give us a shout or drop me a private message!

Hello and thank you for the warm welcome.

My username and avatar are from Radio Caroline`s ship which broadcast to Britain and the continent from Easter Sunday 1964 to 1980 when sadly the ship sank, but Caroline came back in 1983 from a new ship.

As you can probably gather I am a huge fan of Caroline and music of the 60s, 70s.

My tagline is a quote from Senator Robert Kennedy (brother of JFK).

I have only just become a 02 paymonthly customer and wish I had done so earlier as I had appauling customer service from my previous mobile broadband supplier.

Hey @Mi-Amigo, thanks for telling us a bit more about where your username comes from, that's quite interesting! I didn't know much about Radio Caroline's ship so went ahead and did a bit of reading on it online now 

There's something for everyone around here, whether you're looking for some information, to share your knowledge or feedback, write a review, etc ... a good place to start is the off-topic board where there are always a lot of fun conversations going on - feel free to join any of them!

Nice to see a radio Caroline fan and that you're also a fan of 60s and 70s music, so am I.

I particularly love your tagline. I'm originally from New York and loved the Kennedy brothers John, Bobby and Teddy. I remember Bobby delivering the words that appear in your tagline. I was gutted when JFK and then Bobby were killed.

Brilliant to meet another Caroline fan.
I actually went on board the ship - very naughty - in the 70s
I too was gutted that John and Bobby were murdered.

Bobby`s words were in speech by Edward at funeral and was played on Caroline, which is how I heard it and made an impact and have never forgotten it.
