Indeed we have met before, that’s nearly sorted apart from the final stage, it must have hit a nerve as I’ve never really moaned about 02 ever, it was just one thing after another, like when 02 went down for the day, I was quite calm, although I could have done with the connection like most others, ranting and raving and jumping up and down wasn’t going to bring my 3/4g back any quicker 😂 I just sat it out and the 02 mobile is my home internet too.

I felt exactly the same as you, my phone didn't work because I had no data, like everyone else, and no wifi because I have mobile broadband through an O2 hotspot, so no help there. 

 

But to be fair, I'm retired and there is nothing or no one who can't wait. My rule don't stress over what can't be changed, it will all get sorted in the end. And it pretty much has. 

 

Really glad your business account is nearly, finally sorted and, hopefully, you're up and running again both at work and at home.

im kimberley and im new to o2 community going to be buying a new phone tomorrow which im looking forward to a Sony xperia 32g the latest one my friend said its a good one.
