Hi everyone!

Thanks for joining the O2 Community! (Or if you haven't yet but would like to, you can register here!). I'm very happy to welcome you here. The O2 Community is a great place to get help and advice on O2 products and services, provide feedback and suggestions for the network, and have general chit chat.

My name's Martin, one of the Community Managers here on the O2 forum. I work with @lewys-gp and @RafaC who are also part of the Community team. Personally, I've been working on communities for the last 8 years and have been with O2 since February 2016!

This thread is all about introducing yourself to the Community and we'd love to hear a bit more about you! Things like:

Pay monthly, Pay as you Go or Business Customer?
What phone you currently have?
Hobbies and interests?
Random or cool facts about you?

@Glory1If you click on @Anonymous you will see the two threads I created. One bemoaning the loss of my username and I gave @MI5 the solution for the other. 5 years ago now...

These emails are genuinely for old accounts as they are going to old email addresses. I'm guessing that @Struggling clicked on the link to get here....

No I didn't, there was no link in the email.

I had to go to the O2 site, Then I logged into my account. But neither place could I find a link for the Community. I had to do a Search and found it that way.

A bit convoluted!!!

As a Moderator on another large site, I'm not really that stupid when it comes to forums, but I do need to be able to find them easily LOL.

Well, checking my history, it seems to have been 5 years since I was last here, with some niggling jproblems on my old phone. Had more problems on the next phone too, When it wouldn't ring, but went straight to Voicemail. Whatever Customer Services did, it only worked for one call each time. Eventually they switched off my ability to have Voicemail on my number. Not tried it with my new Smart(er) phone.

Don't you just hate new technology!!!

Oh and thank you all for the welcomes back. But now I must return to my moderating duties elsewhere.
