Hi, my name is Jeannette.
Just switched from Three to 02 for an improved 'signal' in my area. Already had some help from the community & also found the answers to what would have been further questions just be doing some simple searches - so thanks 'community', very helpful.
Afraid I'm a technologically illiterate dinosaur, even a simple provider switch sent my stress levels through the roof, so sadly the chances of me ever being able to help anyone else here are zero!

- What phone you currently have? Samsung Galaxy Core Prime (Android 5.1.1) - sorry, wouldn't look out of place in a museum!
- Hobbies and interest? All closed during lockdown, so temporarily just stuffing my face & TV!
- Random or cool facts about you? Look at my mobile phone - clearly nothing 'cool' about me.

There is a feature on the community called Spotlight in which a lot of us regular posters have participated in. You would get to know a little bit about us there. Just type Spotlight into the box under the banner heading 'Welcome to the O2 Community'. There you will find a list of us.

I`m pleased you got the help you needed from this O2 Community. As you have no doubt found we, like you, are all customers and this is way more than just another forum but, as the name suggests, a Community where we help and support each other.
You are not alone in not being [as you put it] a technological illiterate dinosaur [I`ll have to remember that expression], I am probably the biggest technophobe on here and do not understand "geeky" words and my phone is donkeys years old.
As to your interests, you might like to have a look at Off Topic where we have chat, have fun, share interests, play games and take part in quizzes. I`m sure there will be something which interests you and hope you will join in and post on any of the threads.

Mastering and Domestic IT adviser mainly WIN OS software/hardware issues etc. Few months ago started & having fun in DATA as ''DRS'' Data Recovery Specialist.

I wrote happy o2 customer... well till today ! right after 3 weeks waiting for my order I was forced to call o2 CS . One of the customer service rep informed me just my order has been cancel [ credit file check ] THANKS @o2 for informed me not - I'm your customer with 6 P/M accounts all accounts up to date no lates etc.. also upgraded 2 weeks ago one of my o2 account - no problem with upgrading to new device. Ridiculous & Unfair for the first time o2
