The O2 Community is a great place to get help and advice on O2 products and services, provide feedback and suggestions for the network, and have general chit chat.

My name's Martin, one of the Community Managers here on the O2 forum. I work with @lewys-gp and @RafaC who are also part of the Community team. Personally, I've been working on communities for the last 8 years and have been with O2 since February 2016! 

This thread is all about introducing yourself to the Community and we'd love to hear a bit more about you! Things like: 

• Pay monthly, Pay as you Go or Business Customer? 
• What phone you currently have? 
• Hobbies and interests? 
• Random or cool facts about you?

Hi O2 Community, 

I thought I would introduce myself as I popped up last week and thought it be nice to tell you a bit about myself.

So I am Karl I am a guru in Swansea, I have been asked to help out with the O2 Community and have to say it's a well oiled machine.  I'm loving the community already!

I have been with O2 for over 14 years and I am 36 years of age and in my free time I design apps and websites using XCode and Android studio as well as blogging. I love everything technology and love anything new, I am looking forward for the WWDC this Monday.

I am really looking forward to getting know the members of the O2 community.

For a few years now we have been asking for a standalone Community App but nothing has come of it.

I realise that shops aren't open in Wales yet, any idea when that will happen?

I have limited interest in most things technical, I leave that to my other half.
