Thanks for joining the O2 Community! (Or if you haven't yet but would like to, you can register here!). I'm very happy to welcome you here. The O2 Community is a great place to get help and advice on O2 products and services, provide feedback and suggestions for the network, and have general chit chat.

My name's Martin, one of the Community Managers here on the O2 forum. I work with @lewys-gp and @RafaC who are also part of the Community team. Personally, I've been working on communities for the last 8 years and have been with O2 since February 2016! 

This thread is all about introducing yourself to the Community and we'd love to hear a bit more about you! Things like:

• What phone you currently have? 
• Hobbies and interests? 
• Random or cool facts about you?

Hi I'm Kate and I've been an O2 customer for many years. I started my own business a year ago and have recently renegoiated my sim only deal for my work phone which I am happy about. I joined the community because I've got a query re my daughter's bill and was hoping for some info before I contact O2. We are an Apple family (my work phone however is a Samsung not the latest but fine for what I need - a  'PHONE' not an all singing all dancing gadget!). That's me and I'll be interested to what the answers say to my query.

My name is Elsie & I’m well past my use by date.

Never been an O2 customer before. 

Decided to give up my little Nokia for a Moto G5 that I saw on a Black Friday deal. (payg)

i like to bike, whether it be Road or MTB, rain or shine.. I’m out there.. (look up Sherwood Pines for fab off piste action, good bike shop & even better cafe)

random facts

1. At my birth I was the heaviest baby born in the UK

2. I can turn my eyelids inside out using only my eyelashes!

You are fit and active and that's all us oldies can wish for. I'm the opposite unfortunately, just had a lower leg removed and recovering from a motorcycle accident in Thailand 10 months ago. Hoping to be discharged soon after all that time in hospital. 

The very thought of turning your eyelashes inside out is making my stomach churn. One has to wonder how and why you discovered that....? 

Nevertheless, a big welcome to the community 😃
